1. Learned counsel for the parties state in unison that on 18.07.2019, an order has been passed by the Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (C) NO. 1676/17 entitled "Gopal Sabu and Others Vs. Rajkumar Sabu" alongwith other connected Transfer Petitions and appeals arising out ofS.L.P.(C)Nos. 1472-1473/2019 whereby the present appeals have been disposed of. A copy ofthe said order is already on record.

2. In view of the aforesaid order passed by the Supreme Court, no further orders are required to be passed on the present appeals that are disposed ofalong with the pending applications.

3. Files be consigned to the record room.
