1. The settlement agreement dated 12"" February,-- 2019 signed by the 2019:DHC:7733-DB n r representative of both the parties has been placed on record. The Court is informed that both the parties have acted on the settlement and payment in terms thereof has been made by the WalldorfIntegration Solutions Ltd. to SiChand and Company Limited in full and final settlement ofall claims inter se. The settlement/agreement shall form part of the present order and continue to bind the parties.
2. The appeals are disposed ofinterms ofthe settlement agreement.
