JUDGMENT
1 These applications have been filed by the persons accused in FIR bearing™.299/2019 under Sections 376D/328oftheIndian Penal Code, 2019:DHC:7312 chargesheet has been filed against the accused without their arrest. She submits that the petitioners can approach the concerned Trial Court for a regular bail.
3. The learned counsel appearing forthe petitioners states thatthey shall do so. He,however, states that since the matter is pending before learned Metropolitan Magistrate(MM),buthasto betriedbythe Sessions Court,the petitioners may be afforded some time to file their respective applications for aregularbailand be grantedinterim protection iiithe meanwhile.
4. This Courtis informed thatthe rnatter is listed before the leamed MM on 12.09.2019 and is likelyto be sentto the SessionsCourtforcommittalon the same day itself.
5. In view ofthe above,the presentpetitions are disposed ofwith liberty to the petitioners to approach the concemed Trial Court for a regular bail within a period oftwo weeksfrom today.
6. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the matter and the Trial Court shall consider the bail applications,ifso filed,in accordance with law.
