Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing FIR No. 292/2018 dated 24.12.2018, registered at Police Station –
D.B.G. Road, Delhi for the offences punishable under Section 380 IPC and all other proceedings emanating therefrom.
Notice issued.
Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State and counsel for the respondent no.2.
With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present petition is taken up for final disposal.

The present petition is filed on the ground that the parties have settled their disputes and the respondent No. 2 has no objection if the present petition is allowed.
Respondent No. 2 is personally present in Court and he has been identified by SI Priyank Rana/IO, PS – D.B.G. Road.
The petitioner and respondent no. 2 have entered into an amicable settlement vide settlement agreement dated 25.05.2019.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties, the FIR
No. 292/2018 dated 24.12.2018, registered at Police Station – D.B.G. Road, Delhi for the offences punishable under Section 380 IPC and all other proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.
In view of the above order, the trial Court is directed to release the amount in favour of Mrs. Renu Bala, who is mother of the petitioner and wife of the respondent No. 2.
Petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
