The present petition is filed with the following prayers:
“a) Call for record of the Ld. Trial Court in CC
No.2114/2017 titled as Eicher Motors Vs. Abanti
Biswal pending in the court of Sh. Dheeraj Mor, MM, Patiala House Court, New Delhi; b) Set aside the impugned order dated 14.08.2019 and direct the Ld. Trial Court to accommodate the petitioner/accused till outcome of the revision petition;”
