JUDGMENT
1. The prayer in this writ petition seeks ante-dated seniority without impleading the parties who would be affected.
2. On this aspect being pointed out, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to reinstitute the petition after impleading the affected parties.
3. Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
