JUDGMENT

1. This Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred by third party to W.P.(C) No.9287/2019 against an interim order passed by the learned Single 2019:DHC:4621-DB Judge dated 27.08.2019 (Annexure A-1 to the memo of this Letters Patent Appeal).

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that W.P.(C) No.9287/2019 is about the elections to be held of the office bearers of Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India which is respondent No.2.

3. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and also looking to the impugned order which is at Annexure A-1 dated 27.08.2019, it appears that the main writ petition is adjourned for tomorrow i.e. 17.09.2019. The stay granted by the learned Single Judge is also an ad-interim relief which shall remain operative till tomorrow. Hence, we see no reason to entertain this Letters Patent Appeal at this stage.

4. The Letters Patent Appeal is hereby dismissed. Liberty is reserved with the appellant to approach this Court in case of any difficulty. CM APPLs. 41258/2019 & 41259/2019 In view of the order passed in Letters Patent Appeal, these applications stand disposed of.
