Mr. Utkarsh Divyankar, Advocate enters appearance on behalf of the respondent and submits that he has no objection to the
Arbitrator being appointed by this Court.
Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, Hon’ble Ms. Justice Reva Khetarpal (Former Judge of this Court) is appointed as a
Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties arising out of the primary agreement dated 29.12.2014, followed by two addendums dated 07.04.2015 and 19.01.2018. It is agreed between the parties that the Arbitration will be conducted under the aegis of Delhi
International Arbitration Centre (‘DIAC’) and as per the procedure
