HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE C. HARI SHANKAR O R D E R
17.09.2019 D.N. PATEL, CHIEF JUSTICE (ORAL)
JUDGMENT
1. This Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred by a third party in W.P.(C) 9287/2019. An interim order dated 27th August, 2019 has been passed by the learned Single Judge in the aforesaid writ petition, which is at annexure A-1 to the memo of this appeal. 2019:DHC:4678-DB
2. Having heard the learned senior counsel for the appellant and counsel for the respondents, it appears that the learned Single Judge has made observations in the order dated 27th August, 2019, about the election for the Administrator of the Amateur Kabaddi Federation of Inida, which is scheduled for 1st September, 2019, and has granted a stay till today.
3. W.P.(C) 9287/2019 is already pending before the learned Single Judge. Much has been argued by the counsel for this appellant about the time-bound schedule within which the election of the Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India is required to be held, as per earlier orders passed by this Court.
4. It further appears from the facts of the case that a retired Judge of this Court has been appointed as an Administrator of Amateur Kabaddi Federation of India and under the said Administrator, the election process has already been started. The learned Single Judge is seized with the matter and it is conveyed by counsels for the respondents that today the aforesaid writ petition is listed for today. Hence, we see no reason to entertain this appeal against the impugned interim order of 27th August, 2019.
5. Nonetheless, liberty is reserved with this appellant to prefer proper application in the aforesaid writ petition, if at all they want to make a representation before the learned Single Judge.
6. With these observations, this appeal is hereby disposed of. CM Nos. 38964/2019, 39031/2019 and 41321/2019
1. In view of the order passed in the appeal, these applications stand disposed of.
