JUDGMENT

1. Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the present appeal has been preferred against the interim order dated 10th January, 2019:DHC:4919-DB 2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 14068/2018 and now the final order has been passed by the learned Single Judge vide judgment dated 16th September, 2019. Hence, this appeal may be disposed of with liberty to the appellant to challenge the final order and judgment dated 16th September, 2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 14068/2018 in accordance with law.

2. In view of the aforesaid limited submission, this appeal is hereby disposed of as not pressed at this stage. Interim order, if any, granted earlier stands vacated.

3. Needless to mention here that liberty is reserved with the appellant to challenge the aforesaid final order and judgment dated 16th September, 2019 passed in W.P.(C) 14068/2018 in accordance with law. CM Nos. 5880/2019 and 37403/2019
