1. This Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred by the original petitioner whose W.P.(C) 9932/2019 was disposed of by the learned Single Judge vide order dated 13th September, 2019 (Annexure P-1) whereby the learned Single Judge has directed the appellate forum, where the appeal of this appellant is pending, to decide the same in accordance with law. 2019:DHC:5051-DB

2. The order which was under challenge in the writ petition was also challenged before the appropriate forum as stated by the counsel for the appellant, hence no error has been committed by the learned Single Judge in passing the order dated 13th September, 2019 in W.P.(C) 9932/2019. We are in full agreement with the reasons given by the learned Single Judge.

3. Nonetheless, we hereby direct the appellate committee of National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE) to decide the appeal preferred by this appellant as early as possible and without waiting till the last date of permissible period.

4. With the aforesaid observations, this Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed. CM APPL.44013/2019

5. In view of the final order passed in LPA 647/2019, this application stands disposed of.
