1. Learned counsel for petitioner prays for the extension of interim bail for two months to look after her sister who is not keeping well.

2. Learned APP opposes the extension of interim bail and submits that there are other family members available to look after sister of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner states that it is his last prayer for extension of interim bail and he will make the required necessary further arrangement for the future.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, interim bail is further 2019:DHC:5373 extended for a period of two months on the same terms and conditions.

5. Application along with all other pending applications stand disposed of.
