1. Petitioners are said to be senior citizens. Vide this petition, they are seeking protection from respondent No.2- Kapil Kumar, who happens to be their son, as they apprehend threat to their life from him.

2. Notice. Ld. APP for the State accepts notice.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that protection required will be provided to the petitioners. 2019:DHC:5368 W.P.(Crl.) 2097/2019

4. Let Mobile number of Beat Constable, Division Officer as well as SHO be provided to the petitioners forthwith so that in case of exigency, petitioners can contact the concerned officials.

5. In view of above directions, learned counsel for petitioners does not press this petition.

6. This petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed.
