1. In this petition, the first relief sought by petitioners is for protection from second respondent and the second relief is to transfer the investigation to some other investigating agency.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not press the second prayer. He states that he presses his application seeking protection.

3. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for State submits that DCP concerned will assess the threat perception in this case. 2019:DHC:5366 W.P.(Crl.) 2324/2019

4. Let mobile number of Beat Constable, Division Officer as well as SHO be provided to the petitioners so that in case of any exigency, they can contact the concerned officials and in the meanwhile, the SHO concerned will ensure safety of petitioners round the clock.

5. In view of above directions, learned counsel for petitioners does not press this petition.

6. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
