1. Vide this petition, the petitioner is seeking issuance of directions for their protection from respondent Nos. 5 to 8 as he apprehends threat to his life from them.

2. Learned ASC for State submits that there are two factions fighting over the property in question.

3. The petitioner has however only prayed for protection so that respondents do not threat him or indulge in illegal activities.

4. Learned ASC submits that protection required will be provided to the 2019:DHC:5526 petitioner.

5. Let mobile number of Beat Constable, Division Officer as well as Additional SHO be provided to the petitioner forthwith, so that in case of exigency, petitioner can contact the concerned officials.

6. In view of the above directions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.

7. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
