1. Learned counsel for the complainant/Bank of Maharashtra,submitted thatthe petitioners,as perthe Recovery Certificate, have made the complete payment and there is nothing due againstthe petitioners.

2. Learned APP submitted that, in view of the aforesaid submission ofthe learned,counsel for the Complainant/Bank of Maharashtra, the petitioners are no more required for the purpose ofinterrogation.

Accordingly, the bail applications are allowed and the petitioners are admitted to bail in FIR No.265/2018,subject to their furnishing personal bonds in the sum ofRs.25,000/- each, with one surety each ofthe like amountto the satisfaction ofthe Trial Court.Pending applications are disposed of.
