1. Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR NO. 325/2017, under Sections 420/406/120B IPC, registered at police station Madhu Vihar, Delhi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of dispute has been amicably resolved between the parties and complete payment has been made to the complainant. 2019:DHC:5265 BAIL APPLN. 1191/2019

5. The aforesaid stand taken on behalf of petitioner is affirmed by counsel for complainant.

6. In view of the above, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer.

7. With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
