JUDGMENT
BRIJESH SETHI, J(ORAL)

1. Quashing of FIR No. 827/2015, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC IPC, registered at police station Subhash Place, New Delhi is sought on the ground that the matrimonial dispute stands amicably settled between the parties and petitioner No.-1/husband and respondent No.2/wife are living together happily for last two years.

2. Notice. Learned APP for the State accepts notice. 2019:DHC:5301 W.P.(Crl.) 2284/2019

3. Petitioner No.1/ husband and respondent No.2/wife are present in the Court and they have been duly identified by Investigating Officer of this case.

4. Respondent No.2, present in the Court, submits that the dispute with petitioners has been amicably resolved and she is happily and peacefully living with petitioner/husband and therefore, the FIR in question and proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed.

5. In view of the fact that respondent No.2, who is the complainant of FIR in question, is happily living with petitioner No.1/husband, FIR No. FIR No. 827/2015, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, registered at police station Subhash Place, New Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom, are hereby quashed qua petitioners.

6. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
