1. Original AR of Respondent no. 2 as well as current authorized AR of the respondent no. 2 namely Mr. Subhankar Majumdar are present and submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and therefore, 2019:DHC:5337 quashing of FIR No. 143/2017, under Sections 406/420/120B IPC, registered at police station EOW, New Delhi is sought.

2. Notice. Learned ASC accepts notice.

3. It is submitted by both the parties that the dispute between them has been amicably resolved and therefore, the FIR in question and proceedings emanating there from be quashed.

4. In view of the fact that both the parties have resolved their dispute amicably, 143/2017, under Sections 406/420/120B IPC, registered at police station EOW, New Delhi and proceedings emanating there from, are hereby quashed qua petitioner.

5. Petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
