JUDGMENT

1. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that authorisation has now been granted to the petitioner.

2. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as per law, such authorisation is not at all required by the petitioner.

3. Nonetheless, it has been given now, Respondent No.3 will have to pass an order. 2019:DHC:5459-DB

4. We, therefore, direct the petitioner to prefer a fresh application alongwith the aforesaid authorisation to the Respondent No.3 and the Respondent No.3 will decide such application and release the goods – maize corn within a period of two weeks after receipt of the application preferred by the petitioner alongwith authorisation granted by Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

5. With these observations, this writ petition is hereby disposed of. CM No. 35723/2019 (stay)
