24.10.2019 Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that these enforcement petitions are in respect of an interim award of the arbitrator. It is further submitted that the learned arbitrator has passed the final award on 16^*^
March,2019 and the decree holder has already filed enforcement petition in respect ofthe final award which shall be listed shortly.
These petitions have become infructuous and are therefore, disposed of with liberty to the decree holder to seek the enforcement of the final award in accordance with law.
