1. The petitioners in these petitions have filed the present petitions,inter alia, praying that FIR no. 366/2017, under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 of the IPG registered with P.S. Prashant Vihar and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom,be quashed. 2019:DHC:7685 (9

2. The present petition is predicated on a settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 company. A copy ofthe said settlement agreement arrived at before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini District Delhi,has been placed on record.

3. Respondent no.2 company is represented by its Authorised Representative (Mr L.D. Sharma). He is identified by the Investigation Officer. Mr Sharma states that he is duly authorised and competentto make statements on behalfofrespondentno.2company.He states thatthe disputes with the petitioners have been resolved and respondent no.2 does not have any further claim or grievances against the petitioners and does not wish to pursue any proceedings againstthem.He alsojoinsthe petitionersin praying thatthe FIR in question be quashed.

4. The petitioners are identified by their counsel. They state that they also have no further grievance or claim againstrespondentno.2.

5. In view of the statements made by the petitioners and respondent no.2,this Courtconsiders it appositeto allow the presentpetitions.

6. Accordingly, the FIR bearing no. 366/2017, under Sections 420/467/468/471/34 ofthe IPG registered with P.S. Prashant Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom,are quashed.Allthe pending applications are also disposed of. w
