1. Petitioner/Tenant impugns order dated 04.06.2015, whereby the applications filed by the petitioner to place on record additional facts and documents was dismissed by the Rent Controller.

2. Subsequently, by order dated 07.07.2015, the leave to defend application was dismissed and an eviction order passed which was challenged by the petitioner in RC.REV.348/2015.

3. By an order of today’s date, petitioner has withdrawn 2019:DHC:5625 CM(M) 602/2015 RC.REV.348/2015 and undertaken to vacate and hand over the physical vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent on or before 31.12.2020.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

5. Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

6. Order Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
