1. This is an application under Section 389 r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking suspension of sentence for a period of one week on the ground that marriage of the sister of the petitioner is fixed for 07.11.2019.

2. Status report has been handed over in Court. Same is placed on record. The fact regarding the marriage of the sister of the petitioner has been verified by the Station House Officer, P.S.: Subhash Place, New Delhi. 2019:DHC:5740 CRL.A. 1114/2019

3. Learned APP for the State submits that sentence of the petitioner be suspended, subject to stringent conditions, as the petitioner is going out of station i.e. to his hometown village Shivrajpur, District Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh.

4. Keeping in view the fact that marriage of the sister of the petitioner is scheduled for 07.11.2019, the sentence of the petitioner is suspended and the petitioner be released for a period of one week from the date of his release on his executing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, subject to following conditions:

(i) The petitioner will furnish to the Investigating Officer his mobile number and the number of his father during the period of interim bail;

(ii) He will report to the concerned Station House Officer (SHO) at

(iii) In case of any change in his residential address or the mobile number, he will inform the SHO/IO; The application is disposed of, in above terms. Order be given dasti as prayed.
