1. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with proper averments, allegations and annexures.

2. Permission as prayed for is granted.

3. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty with the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition in accordance with law. CM APPL. 38785/2019

4. In view of the aforesaid order in the writ petition, no further orders are required to be passed on this application.
