Quashing of FIR No.265/2013, under Section 448/420/468/471/34
IPC, registered at police station Fatehpur Beri, New Delhi is sought by petitioner in this petition.
Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the subject matter of this FIR stand mutually and amicably resolved between the parties.

Ms. Kamna Vohra, Additional Standing Counsel for respondent
No.1/State, accepts notice and submits that petitioners and respondents
2019:DHC:5889 W.P.(Crl.) 1962/2019 No.2 are present in the Court and they have been duly identified by
Investigating Officer of this case. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that status report of 19th August, 2019 placed on record notes that during the course of investigation, complainant has settled all disputes with petitioners.
Respondent No.2, present in the Court, submits that the dispute with petitioners has been amicably resolved and that now, no grievance against petitioners survives and therefore, the FIR in question and proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed.
Heard.
Since the subject matter of the FIR stands mutually and amicably resolved between the parties, no useful purpose would be served in continuation of proceedings arising out of FIR in question.
In view of the above, FIR No.265/2013, under Section
448/420/468/471/34 IPC, registered at police station Fatehpur Beri, New Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom, are hereby quashed.
This petition stands disposed of.
