1. This writ petition has been preferred challenging the Show Cause Notice dated 24th October, 2018 issued by the respondents which is at Annexure-A[1] to the memo of this writ petition.

2. Having heard the counsel for both the sides, it appears that the 2019:DHC:6016-DB petitioners are in receipt of a Show Cause Notice dated 24th October, 2018, issued by the respondents, but no reply has been filed by them.

3. Enough and adequate time was given by the respondents to the petitioners to file a reply. Moreover, the petitioners had appeared before the concerned respondent authorities on 18th October, 2019. Thus, even now after one year, the petitioners are seeking time to file a reply.

4. The property in question is 133 Kg of gold.

5. We, therefore, direct the respondents to adjudicate the Show Cause Notice dated 24th October, 2018 in accordance with law, rules, regulations and Government policy applicable to the facts of the present case.

6. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is hereby disposed of. C.M. No. 49240/2019 (Stay)

7. In view of the final order passed in W.P.(C) No.12037/2019, this application stands disposed of.
