The factum ofmarriage ofthe petitioner's daughter scheduled for 08.12.2019 has not been refuted on behalf ofthe NCB and the copy ofthe verification report that has been submitted on behalf of the NCB before the Special Judge,NDPS Act,PRC has been placed on record by the petitioner.Ithas also been submitted on behalfofthe petitioner that the petitioner has not misused the grant of libeity granted previously as an interim measure whereby he was allowed to be released on bail vide orders dated 04.05.2018 and 24.05.2018 granted by the Special Judge, NDPS-II, which aspect has also not been refuted on behalfofthe respondent.
The marriage of the petitioner's daughter is scheduled on
08.12.2019. The petitioner is allowed to be released on interim bail for a period from 05.12.2019 to 10.12.2019 with directions that he shallsurrender beforethe SuperintendentJail,Delhion 10.12.2019by
4:30 pm and interim bail is granted subjectto his filing a bail bond of

Rs.l lakli with two sureties ofthe like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with directions that he shall not leave the area ofNCR and in any eventshall notleavethe countiy.
