JUDGMENT
1. This review petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking review of the order dated 22.03.2023 passed by this Court in the captioned petition. The grounds sought by the petitioner seeking review of the order dated 22.03.2023 have been spelt out in paragraphs ‘a’ to ‘dd’.
2. We have heard the petitioner at length.
3. Vide the order dated 22.02.2023, of which the review is sought, this Court had dismissed the petition by stating in paragraph no.11 as under:-
4. In effect, the case of the petitioner before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), as can be seen from the prayers at page no.95-96 is for grant of JTS of ITS Group A with effect from 01.01.2003 and for regularization of his promotion as STS of ITS Group A with effect from 31.01.2011.
5. In any case, during the course of his submissions, the petitioner has stated that he is entitled to the promotion to the post of STS of ITS Group A, at least with effect from 2008.
6. During the hearing, a specific query was put to the petitioner as to any of the juniors have been regularized with effect from the date, from which the petitioner is seeking the benefits, the submissions is in the negative. In fact, it is his submission that some of the seniors have not been given the benefits. If that be so, the attempt of the petitioner is to re-argue the case on merits.
7. We are of the view that there is no error apparent on the face of the order dated 22.03.2023 passed by this Court to review the same. Hence, the review petition is without any merits and accordingly dismissed. The pending application is also dismissed having become infructuous.
