ORDER
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petitions with liberty to raise all his defence before the Trial Court,in view ofthe judgment passed by this Court in Shashi Adlakha v. Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd, 2019 SCC OnLine Del 7160 and the petitioner shall be moving an application for recalling/cancellation ofthe order passed under Sections 82/83 2019:DHC:7742 ofthe Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the petitioner bythe Trial Court,in accordance with law.
