Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd, 2019 SCC OnLine Del 7160 and the petitioner shall be moving an application for recalling/cancellation ofthe order passed under Sections 82/83 2019:DHC:7742 ofthe Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the petitioner bythe Trial Court,in accordance with law.
