ORDER

1. Ms. Barkha Babbar, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions in the form ofa Signal dated 14^ November 2019,states thatthe Respondents have decided notto file a Special Leave Petition against the decision ofthis court in Kalawati Thakur and others v. Union ofIndia and (decision dated 11.03.2018 in W.P.(C) No.6094/2018).

2. The Courtis satisfied thatthe present petitions are squarely covered by the aforementioned decision.

3. Accordingly, the petitions are allowed and a direction is issued to the Respondents to promote the Petitioners to the rank of Assistant Inspectors and Assistant Commands from the date their immediate juniors have been granted promotion as shown in the revised promotion list by the Respondent in compliance with the judgement of the Supreme Court in Union ofIndia v. Bilju A. T. and others (decision dated 16*''October,2014in CA Nos.9840-41 of2014)with consequential benefits of pay fixation etc. The necessary orders be issued within twelve weeksfrom today.

4. The writ petitions are disposed ofin the aforesaid terms.
