1. The present bail applications have been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners seeking anticipatory bail in FIR NO. 331/2019, under Sections 498-A/406/323/354/376/511 IPG, registered at P.S. Mahila Thana,Hanumangarh Jn.Hanumangarh,Rajasthan.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on his oral requestthe present bail applications be considered for grant oftransit bail only. 2019:DHC:7974 >

3. Learned eounsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner Pooja Chaudhary is the wife of the petitioner Rajesh Chaudhary. He further submits that the petitioners are brother-in-law (Nandoi) and sister-in-law (Nanad) of the complainant respectively. Pie further submits that the petitioners received a phone call from SI Sandhya,the 10 ofthe case thatthe petitioners are wanted in the aforesaid FIR. Pie further submits that the petitioners have a reasonable apprehension of being arrest in this case. He further submits that the petitioners have been residing separately along with their two children. It is further submitted that petitioner Pooja Chaudhary's brother Vishal Sharma, the husband of the complainant, expired on 12.05.2019,whereafter the complainant has made the present allegations.

Without going into the merits ofthe case, the petitioners are granted transit anticipatory bail in the above case for a period of10 days from today to enable them to approach the concemed Court at Rajasthan and move an appropriate application. In the meantime, in the event of their arrests, the petitioners shall be released on transit anticipatory bail, on their furnishing personal bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety each ofthe like amount to the satisfaction ofthe concerned Police Officer. It is clarified thatthis order shall elapse atthe expiry ofthe said period.

5. The bail applications stand disposed ofin the above terms.
