JUDGMENT

1. The appellant is original respondent No.1 in W.P.(C) Nos.10454/2018, 10586/2018 and 8043/2018.

2. The order passed by the learned Single Judge on 05.11.2019 is as under:- “List on 16th April, 2020. Interim order to continue.”

3. Against the aforesaid order of adjournment, these Letters Patent Appeals have been preferred which are not tenable in law. As the writ petitions have been adjourned to 16.04.2020, the learned counsel for the appellant (original respondent No.1) can always mention the matters before the learned Single Judge for preponing the date of hearing.

4. With these observations, these Letters Patent Appeals are hereby dismissed.
