JUDGMENT

1. When the matter is called out, nobody appears for the petitioner. D.N. PATEL, Chief Justice (Oral)

2. We have heard the counsel appearing for respondents. Looking to the prayer in this writ petition, it appears that the petitioner is in search of compliance of order dated 27th July, 2016 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 6004/2016. (Annexure P-10 to the memo of this writ petition). It is submitted by the counsel appearing for respondent Nos.[1] and 2 that in compliance of the directions given in para 9 of the aforesaid order, No Objection Certificate for construction of the market in place of C & D toilet blocks was to be given by the respondents. The said No Objection Certificate has already been issued, thus, the order passed by this Court has 2019:DHC:6338-DB W.P.(C) 2674/2019 been complied with.

3. The status report in this regard dated 25th November, 2019 by respondent No.1 furnished in Court is taken on record. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, we see no reason to further monitor this case.

4. This writ petition is hereby disposed of in view of the statement made by the counsel appearing for respondents on instructions from Assistant Engineer, North Delhi Municipal Corporation. Nonetheless, liberty is reserved with this petitioner to approach this Court by way of fresh writ petition in case of any difficulty.
