Learned counsel for the respondent submits that Arbitral Tribunal has already been constituted and the next date of hearing is fixed for 10th January, 2020. She further submits the proceedings were earlier held on 23rd November, 2019 but the petitioner did not attend the said proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a copy of the order sheet of the Proceedings held before the Arbitral Tribunal on 23rd November, 2019 to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The same is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that she has no objection to the said Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes between the parties and that the petitioner will participate in the proceedings.
No further order is required to be passed in the present petition.
Petition is allowed in the above terms along with the pending application.
