Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that she has no objection to the said Arbitral Tribunal adjudicating the disputes between the parties and that the petitioner will participate in the proceedings.
No further order is required to be passed in the present petition.
Petition is allowed in the above terms along with the pending application.
