2. The counsel for the respondent no.2 states that the settlement is under duress.

3. The respondent no.3 is stated to be the father ofthe petitioner and from the factum ofthe petitioner, present in Court,stating that he needs to talk to his father, it is evident that there are no differences between the petitioner and the respondent no.3.

4. The counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner will enforce the settlement.

5. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
