JUDGMENT

1. The instant Public Interest Litigation registered as Court on its own motion petition, on the recommendation of Delhi High Court PIL Committee, to deal with the issues pertaining to re-construction of chajjas and vertical fins on rear side of criminal side of Tis Hazari Court Main Building.

2. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the matter, in our considered view the issues involved in this petition do not require any judicial intervention but in fact required to be dealt with by the Delhi 2019:DHC:6357-DB W.P.(C) 2856/2019 High Court Building Maintenance and Construction Committee, dealing with matters relating to Tis Hazari Court Complex on the administrative side.

3. We accordingly direct the Registry to place the matter before the aforesaid Committee for consideration.

4. With aforesaid observation this Public Interest Litigation is disposed of.
