1. The present petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to offer the Petitioners appointment letters to the posts of 'Safaiwala' and 'Washerman', which the Petitioners are stated to have successfully undergone a selection process for.

2. The Petitioners are identically placed as the Petitioner in W.P.(C) NO. 11507/2017(Ravinder Sirohi v. Union ofIndia). The said writ petition was allowed by this Court by its judgment dated H"'February,2019,a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure'A-5'to W.P.(C)No.9874/2019.

3. Accordingly, the same relief is granted to the present Petitioners. The Respondents are directed to appoint the Petitioners to the respective posts that they applied and underwent selection for, and issue appropriate,orders,j in thatregard, within a period ofeight weeks.
