ORDER

1. The petitioners have filed the present petitions,inter alia,praying that FIR No. 0208/2018 under Sections 420/406/120-B IPC, registered with Police Station Economic Offences Wing and all proceedings emanating therefrom,be quashed.

2. The said FIR was registered at the instance of Smt Smita Chatwal, who is arrayed as respondent no.2 in these petitions. Respondent no.2 is represented through her constituted attorney, Sh Rakesh Bhutani, who is presentin Courtand is identified bythe Investigating Officer.

3. In addition to the complaint made by respondent no.2 (Smt. Smita Chatwal), complaints were also filed by Mr Vineet Malhotra and Ms Krishani Chatwal. Both Mr Vineet Malhotra and Ms Krishani Chatwal are also represented bytheir constituted attorney Sh Rakesh Bhutani.

4. Mr Rakesh Bhutani states that the said complainants have no fiirther grievance againstthe petitioners or any other person accused or involved in the FIR in question. He states that the said disputes have been resolved betweenthe parties and praysthattheFIRin question be quashed.

5. The petitioners are present in Court and identified by their counsel. They also confirm that they have resolved all the disputes with the said complainants and pray thatthe FIRin question be quashed.

6. In view of the above, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petitions. The petitions are allowed and FIR No.0208/2018 under Sections 420/406/120-B IPC, registered with Police Station Economic Offences Wing and all proceedings emanatingtherefrom are quashed. 'A T

7. All pending applications are also disposed of.
