JUDGMENT
1. Learned counsel for the respondent submits on instructions from the respondent that he has no objection to the appointment of an Arbitrator.
2. With the consent of the parties, Ms. Isha Khanna, Advocate is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.
