Quashing of FIR No. 245/2016, under Section 135 of Electricity
Act, 2003 registered at police station Malviya Nagar, Delhi is sought on the ground subject matter of dispute stands settled between the parties.
Learned Counsel appearing for petitioners submits that petitioners have deposited amount of Rs.1,00,740/- with respondent No.2/BSES and in lieu thereof, respondent No.2/BSES has issued ‘No Dues Certificate’ dated 8th April, 2016 to petitioners and therefore, proceedings arising out of FIR in question be quashed.

No.2/BSES and issuance of ‘No Dues Certificate’ dated 8th April, 2016 to petitioners and submits that there is no objection to quashing of FIR in question.
Since the matter stands amicably resolved between the parties, this petition is allowed and FIR No. 245/2016, under Section 135 of
Electricity Act, 2003 registered at police station Malviya Nagar, Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
This petition stands disposed of.
