ORDER

1. The Court has been shown a copy ofthe letter dated S'*" December,2019 addressed to Mr. Rohit Singh the petitioner in W.P.(C) 11401/2019 requiring him to a report to the CISF, RIG (Bhilai) 'immediately'. However, the letters issued to the present three petitioners who were identically placed simply states that they will be informed in due course when they should reportfor training.

2. It is not disputed that the present three cases are on the same footing as Mr.RohitSingh.In that view ofthe matter itis directed thatnotwithstanding the letters issued to the Petitioners stating that the date oftheirjoining will be intimated in due course, the Petitioners i.e. Pradeep Kumar, Mandeep Kumar and Mukesh Kumar Meena will also report immediately to the DIG/Principal CISF RTC(Bhilai)forjoining the post ofConstable(DCPO) in the CISF.

3. The petitions and pending applications are disposed ofin the above terms.
