ORDER

1. These petitions were filed against certain interim orders passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal('CAT') during the pendency ofthe main OA Nos. 3098/2016, 3099/2016 & 3.100/2016. In the present petitions, it 2019:DHC:7721-DB was directed by this Court that the repatriation of the Petitioners to the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) would be subject to the outcome ofthese petitions.

2. During the pendency of the present petitions, these OAs have been disposed ofin favour ofthe presentPetitioners. Againstthe said order ofthe CAT allowing the Petitioners' OAs,however, the NHAI has filed W.P.(C) Nos.3166/2017 & 3170/2017,in which interim orders have been passed. It is plain, therefore that the repatriation of the Petitioners would now be subjectto the outcome ofW.P.(C)Nos.3166/2017&3170/2017.

3. In that view of the matter, the present petitions have been rendered infructuous and are disposed ofas such.
