JUDGMENT

1. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer:

“1. Pass an order directing De-freezing the debit of the account no. 0426010100000295 in the name of Netherlands India Communication
2019:DHC:6924 W.P. (Crl.) 3236/2019 Enterprise Ltd (petitioner no. 1) maintained with J&K Bank, Sarita Vihar.
2. Pass an order directing De-freezing the debit of the account no. 0426040100001869 in the name of Rohit Kumar (Petitioner no. 2) maintained with J&K Bank, Sarita Vihar.
3. Quash the impugned letter dt 14.11.2019 issued by Insp Pankaj Kumar, PS Malviya Nagar to the Manager, J&K Bank, Sarita Vihar.”

2. Issue notice. Learned ASC for the State, who appears on advance notice, accepts notice. He seeks time to file the reply. Let the reply be filed by the State within six weeks.

3. List on 24.03.2020.

4. In the meanwhile, the petitioners are directed to keep15% amount of the award amount to be received by them in Execution Petition, being OMP (ENF) (COMM) 25/2018, intact till further orders.
