ORDER
1. The petitioner has filed the present petitions seeking anticipatory bail in various FIRs(FIR No.0400/2018; 0409/2018; 0408/2018; 0401/2018; & 0402/2018), under Sections 420/120B of the IPG, registered with PS Fatehpur Beri,Delhi.
2. The said FIRs were registered pursuant to complaints filed by various persons who claimed to have acquired certain properties, located in KJiasra No.1941 and 1942 located at Aya Nagar, Delhi. The complainants had found that the petitioner is in possession of the said properties and. \ therefore, lodged a FIR against the petitioner, as well as other persons, ineluding those who had allegedly sold the propertyto them.
3. The petitioner disputes the fact that he had sold the properties occupied by him, to any person. The status report indicates that he has joined the investigation and has produced the relevant documents to assert ownership overthe properties occupied by him.
4. In view of the above, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petitions.
5. The petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail in connection with the aforesaid FIRs. The petitioner is granted anticipatory bail on furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of?10,000/- in each case, and two sureties ofan equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall also not leave the National Capital Territory ofDelhi. He shall provide his mobile number and contact details to the concerned10 and ensure that he is reachable on the same at all times.
6. The present petitions are disposed of.
