ORDER

1. It has been noticed that a typographical error has crept in the second line of paragraph 16 of the judgment passed in the aforesaid matter to the effect that instead of ‘for a period of 9 months’, the period has inadvertently been mentioned as „for a period of 1 year‟. Para 16 be read as under: “16.The appellant shall remain under the supervision of the concerned Probation Officer for a period of 9 months, and shall report before the Probation Officer once every month. It is made clear that in the event of any breach of the conditions of probation or involvement in any other offence during this period, the benefit granted under this order shall stand revoked, and the appellant shall be liable to undergo the remaining portion of the sentence as awarded by the Trial Court.”

2. Ordered accordingly.

3. A copy of this order be annexed with the judgment.
