1. Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing FIR No. 346/2015, dated 12.05.2015 registered at Police Station – Model Town for the offences punishable under sections 323/354/509 IPC r/w section 3(1)(x) & (xi) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act and all other proceedings emanating therefrom.

2. Notice issued.

3. Notice is accepted by learned APP for the State and respondent no.2 and with the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present petition is 2019:DHC:7003 CRL.M.C. 5454/2017 taken up for final disposal.

4. The present petition is filed on the ground that the parties have settled their disputes by mutual consent and the respondent no.2 has no objection if the present petition is allowed.

5. Respondent no.2 is personally present in Court and she has been identified by Insp.Anant Kiran.

6. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the parties, the FIR No. 346/2015, dated 12.05.2015 registered at Police Station – Model Town for the offences punishable under sections 323/354/509 IPC r/w section 3(1)(x) & (xi) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act and all other proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.

7. The petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
