Parties have entered into a Deed of Family Settlement dated 22.10.2019 which has been signed on 25.10.2019. Parties have agreed that different functions ofthe trusts will be handled in such a manner that there is no conflict amongst the family members.The terms and conditions ofthe settlement are legal and valid.
I have today recorded the statements ofthe relevant parties. They will remain bound by the terais of the Deed of Family Settlement dated
22,10.2019. They will also remain bound by the statement made in court today.
The application is accordingly allowed.
