The learned counsel for the DPCC submits that the petitioners are required to carry outcertain formalities beforethe property can be de-sealed. In view ofthe above,the petitioners may approach the DPCC for making similar request. It is directed that on petitioners complying with the required formalities, the respondents would take a decision on their request within a week therefrom.
