W.P.(CRL) 3501/2019 2 respondent-State accepts notice and submits that respondents No.2 & 3, are present in the Court and they have been identified by Investigating
Officer of this case.
Respondents No.2 & 3, present in the Court, submit that the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved in terms of
Compromise Deed of 10th August, 2019. They affirm the contents of their affidavits supporting this petition and submit that now no dispute with petitioners survives and so, the proceedings arising out of the FIR in question be brought to an end.
Since the subject matter of dispute stands amicably resolved between the parties, continuance of proceedings arising out of the FIR in question would be an exercise in futility.
Accordingly, this petition is allowed and FIR No. 227/2019, under
Section 509/34 IPC, registered at police station Janakpuri, New Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua petitioners.
This petition stands disposed of accordingly.
